Why do I have to pay for an apartment application?
To simply put, it is to cover the cost of screening. In order to place any renter into any unit we need to running screening on applicants.
What does a screening entail?
No matter where you apply we do a Nationwide background check, a credit check, and an eviction history check.
*Please note criminal history is not consided in renter selection.
How do I apply for an apartment?
There are a few ways to apply for an apartment.
You can either apply on our webisite listing, or buy an application through our website and email us your application with the desired unit in the subject line of the email.

Make sure you state which apartment you are applying for in the subject line.
Are pets allowed?
ButtonHere at A.C.A. Manor we believe that pets are family members. However, whether or not if pets are alllowed at a building is dependent on the owner. Must properties allow pets, but its best to ask us when you apply.
What is your pet policy?
ButtonAll common pets are welcomed! That being said pets do come with some extra expenses, such as a pet deposit and a one-time pet fee. We also require you to create a petscreeening.com account.
If you have a dog we do require you to provide us with proof of dog insurance once a year for the duration of your occupancy of the unit.

What do I need to provide if I have a pet?
Pet ScreeningHere at A.C.A. Manor, we firmly believe that pets are family members too. Their safety as well as the other tenants are important. So no matter what kind of animal (minus fish) or even if you don't have a pet. We do require tenants to create a petscreening account.
If you have one or more dogs we do require proof of dog insurance every year while you are renting your apartment.
How do I pay my rent?
Payments ArticleThere are multiple ways to pay rent. The fastest way is to pay through the portal using either bank draft (ACH) or a debit/credit card, however, if you use a card there will be a processing fee.
Second choice is by check or money order Which can be either mailed to:

Lastly there is always an option to pay rent with cash. If you choose to pay with cash please contact us for further instructions.
